We count Unique Users as people who have opened your app at least once in any given month. Billing by Unique users ensures that you don't get charged for inactive users.

2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plans anytime? How does this migration work?

Yes. is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "Plans & Billing" in your account, to change your plan.

3. Is there any limit on the number of events that can be sent?

Yes. Every plan has a upper limit on the total number of events that could be sent.

4. Who owns my data?

You own the data. We would advise customers to read our Terms of Service to get finer details.

5. Is my data safe?

Yes, we take data security seriously at Our servers are hosted in a world class data center. All our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

6. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

7. What if I decide to cancel?

If you no longer wish to use, you can cancel at any time. At that point, your subscription will last until the end of the current monthly billing cycle

8. Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

9. Is complaint with Google and Apple Dev policies?

Yes, services are fully compliant with both Google and Apple developer policies.

10. What are custom reports? How does it work?

A Custom Report is a special report that is not available on the dashboard but you wish to be created and sent across. You can request a custom report across a specific set of dimensions (Push Notification and Country, for example) and metrics (Numbers, Sessions, Time Stamp for example) and decide how they should be displayed. Our team will create the report for you and send it across.

11. How does the 21-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to all the features in the Plan for 21 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will expire.

For "New bird", "Startup", "Champion" and "Leader" plans, our support team will answer questions you have and help troubleshoot any issues. In the Enterprise plan, an account manager will give you customized planning, hands-on consulting and dedicated support.

The limits provided in the pricing plans are applicable per app. It is applicable to the cumulative total across both Android and iOS App.

17. How are overages billed?

If you go over your monthly limit, we’ll charge the minimum of the current plan and the next higher plan that has limits to cover your usage. We will always work to minimize your bill amount.

18. Is Pricing Monthly or Annual?

We offer both options of monthly as well as annual. A discounted price is offered for subscriptions billed annually.

19. What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of a trial, your data and setup remains intact. We send reminder emails and you can login and select a plan anytime within a month to fully activate the account.
